mopica.shop is able to deliver into Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Poland.

Yes, you can track any order being sent from mopica.shop.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you should contact us at hello@mopica.io. Do not send the shipment back, until a return process has been started.

mopica.shop does not cover the expenses of return shipments, we can however organise a return shipment, if you wish so.

Returned items are inspected and if items do not show signs of wear, all tags are present and are in the same condition as they have been when shipped. You will be eligible for full refund.

Yes, you can cancel an order up until the point of fulfilment. Means, until a confirmation has been sent to you that the order is ready for shipping.

If the products are being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As mentioned in above answers, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
